Registrations now open for ESNS25

With the summer months approaching, you may not want to think about the cold winter months just yet. But are you a European artist, looking for your breakthrough and a place to be discovered? Then start thinking about January! Because Eurosonic Noorderslag is scheduled for January 15 to 18, 2025. In Groningen, more than 40,000 music fans and professionals hear and see European talent on various stages. You, as a European talent, can apply now!

ESNS25 registrations are open

The registration has been open since May 1, 2025 and closes on September 1, 2025.

Blurring musical boundaries

One of the goals of ESNS is to fade musical boundaries. They do this by annually designating a country as a focus country. In 2025, Italy will get all the focus. This year, there is also the ESNS Exchange program again. As a performing artist at ESNS25 you automatically participate in this program. This will give your international career a boost. Your musical boundaries will also fade!

ESNS Exchange program

To this day, the ESNS Exchange program has supported 2,259 European artists from 37 countries, delivering 5,533 shows at 196 partner festivals in 44 countries. It is co-financed by the European Union’s Creative Europe programme. The collaborating parties, including among others EBU, Yourope, export offices and local media, provide support to the European acts that are booked at festivals outside their home country through this program. In other words: next year, you will have a successful festival summer and a sustainable, music career without boundaries! Well-known names who have benefited from the program are Editors, The xx, Anna Calvi, AURORA, Phoenix, Shame, Sigrid, Fontaines D.C., MEDUZA, Altin Gün, Priya Ragu, Alyona Alyona, Go_A, Uche Yara, Chalk, Fat Dog , yunè pinku and Sekou. Open call ESNS25

ESNS welcomes ideas for panels, keynotes, workshops and other programme contributions for the ESNS conference and will be launching an open call later this year. Keep an eye on the website to submit your ideas!

About Eurosonic Noorderslag

There is plenty to do during the third weekend of January 2025 for both music fanatics and professionals in and from the music world. During the day, 4,000 international music professionals are in the Oosterpoort for the ESNS Conference. There you will meet important people from the scene and create opportunities for yourself as a European artist. There are a few ESNS25 Conference Delegate Passes available. As a music fanatic, you can visit different locations in the evening to discover new musical talent. Registration has just opened, the line-up has yet to be drawn up.
