
These are the winners of the Music in Media Awards (MIMAs) 2025
Today was a festive moment for composers working in media. At the Koninklijk Instituut voor de Tropen in Amsterdam, the annual Music in Media Awards (MIMAs) were awarded to the winners of this year. The event celebrates the very best of Dutch music for film, television, commercials, podcasts, and more. Awards were handed out across twelve categories, with winners including MEAU, Tessa Rose Jackson, Bas van Win, Jeroen Jaspers, and Ella van der Woude. As is tradition, the MIMA New Talent Award was presented to a promising newcomer, and the iconic composer Loek Dikker received the Oeuvre Award Music in Media for his influant work.

The award show, which was initiated and organized by Buma Music in Motion, emphasizes the artistic and narrative power of music in media and the essential role Dutch composers play, in both nationally and internationally mediaproductions.
